Meet Lenina Nalule

Nalule Lenina is an ambitious, hard-working, and focused 11-year-old student currently in Primary Six. As the second-born in her family, alongside one brother and one sister, Lenina attends school as a boarding student during the term and reunites with her biological parents during holiday breaks.

While her parents are deeply committed to her future and make every effort to keep her enrolled, maintaining a boarding student's tuition alongside boarding fees, personal supplies, and basic scholastic materials places an immense financial strain on her household. The continuous burden of termly school dues creates persistent uncertainty surrounding her uninterrupted education.

Despite these financial hurdles and the discipline required of a young student living away from home during the term, Lenina remains steadfastly dedicated to her academic goals. Driven by a compassionate heart and a strong desire to care for others in need, she holds a clear and firm ambition: Lenina wants to become a doctor so she can bring healing, quality healthcare, and hope to her community.
