Reagan Mwesigwa’s story
Mwesigwa Reagan is a 12-year-old pupil attending Omuto Emmaus Nursery and Primary School in Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District. Living in the village of Kizigo, Reagan faces a daily physical challenge, walking 2 to 3 kilometers on foot to and from school, which sometimes causes him to arrive late during bad weather.
Raised by his parents in a family of seven members who rely on peasant farming, Reagan experiences significant financial challenges. The household struggles with general financial strain, daily meals, and raising money for rent. Despite these heavy burdens, he enjoys reading story books and playing football, and he harbors a high-reaching dream of becoming a pilot. Sponsorship will provide Reagan with essential learning supplies, basic needs security, and educational stability.
