Elyeru Emmanuel’s story
Elyeru Emmanuel is a 12-year-old pupil attending Omuto Emmaus Nursery and Primary School in Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District. Living in the village of Kizigo, Emmanuel faces a daily physical challenge, walking 2 to 3 kilometers on foot to and from school.
Raised by his aunt within a massive household of 13 family members who rely on peasant farming, Emmanuel experiences financial problems. Despite these hardships, he enjoys reading story books and playing football, and he uniquely aspires to become a peasant farmer when he grows up. Sponsorship will provide Emmanuel with essential learning supplies, food security, and educational stability.
