Namboowa Pauline’s story
Namboowa Pauline is an 11-year-old pupil attending Omuto Emmaus Nursery and Primary School in Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District. Living in the village of Kizigo, Pauline faces a daily physical challenge, walking 2 to 3 kilometers on foot to and from school, which sometimes causes her to arrive late during bad weather.
Raised by her grandmother in a household that relies on peasant farming, Pauline experiences acute financial problems. The family struggles to afford daily meals, pay for scholastic materials, and secure proper beddings. Despite these heavy daily burdens, she loves reading story books and playing netball, and she harbors a creative dream of becoming a musician. Sponsorship will provide Pauline with essential learning supplies, food security, and educational stability.
