Meet Mulinde Danton

Mulinde Danton is an 11-year-old pupil attending Omuto Emmaus Nursery and Primary School in Lugazi Municipality, Buikwe District. Living in the village of Kyampisi, Danton faces a demanding daily commute, walking 3 to 4 kilometers to and from school on foot. Raised by his mother in a family of five members who rely on peasant farming, Danton experiences significant financial strain and lacks basic needs like sufficient food. Because of the long distance, adverse weather conditions often cause him to arrive late to school on certain days. Despite these daily hurdles, he loves reading story books and playing football, and he maintains a strong ambition to become a medical doctor. Sponsorship will provide Danton with reliable scholastic materials, food security, and educational stability.
