Travour Ssegawa’s story
Ssegawa Travor is a determined 10-year-old student currently in Primary 1. Living in Buwuma Village, Travor holds a bright vision for his future: he wants to complete his education and become a teacher to educate and inspire the next generation.
Travor lives in an elderly-headed household with only his grandmother, who struggles to provide for his daily needs and educational costs. His biggest daily challenge is walking a very long distance to and from school every day, which leaves him exhausted but undeterred in his desire to learn. Sponsorship will secure Travor's tuition, provide necessary learning materials, and help ease his daily burden so he can focus on his journey toward becoming an educator.
