Bushira Nabbanja’s story

Bushira hasn’t seen her father since she was a toddler. Her life is currently sustained by the combined efforts of a mother working menial jobs and a sister working as a peasant farmer. But 'trying their best' isn't enough to cover the cost of an education. Bushira is a bright young girl caught in a web of poverty, seeking a miracle that will allow her to stay in school and one day support the women who have sacrificed so much for her.
