Growing up in a realm of teachers, Grace was inspired to take on teaching and mentoring roles as early as twenty years of age. He earned his Diploma in teaching at Kyambogo University, majoring in mathematics and agriculture. His vast experience has helped expand the curriculum to engage learners at different mathematical competencies, ensuring effective teaching in his capacity as the Director of Studies, Primary Section. His commitment to his duties is something his fellow staff members laud him for.
